We are a residential remodeling firm based in Frederick, Maryland. Our mission is to provide quality renovation services at fair market values. We use quality materials to ensure all projects stand the test of time. We seek to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates and of course our valued customers.

Similar to many small business' HH Homes had a very modest beginning. Hank Parater originally founded Handy Hank's in 2011 alongside his day job to help with the bills. Carpentry jobs, painting, even power washing his way into the industry. Building relationships and proving his reliability along the way. It didn't take long for Hank to make the decision to go at it full time. It was no easy task, but hard work, persistence, and honesty is what paved the way.

3 years in and Handy Hank's was handling multiple projects at a time; including full house remodels, basement finishing, bathroom and kitchen remodels. By this time, he was outgrowing the name. With not too far out goals of adding custom home builder to the resume, Hank decided to change the company name to HH Homes Contractors, LLC.

To keep up with the growing demand, Hank was needed more on the consultation, design and sales side. He found the best carpenters and painters in town and hired them on to take his place in the field.

Today, we use a "Design/ Build" approach to remodeling which means we start with the end in mind and have a full picture of your project before we start any work. When you partner with HH Homes you get personalized one-on-one assistance with design and formulation of your project. You'll get the quality final results you’ve envisioned.
