LKC and Craig Charpiat are GAF Certified Roofing Installers as well as CertainTeed Quality Masters. LKC measures / walks all roofs for exact roof sizes eliminating the guesswork of “eyeballing” and ground measuring.

LKC offers professional window measurement, replacement and installation with systems by Alside and Simonton. All products are Energy Star Rated and qualify for a tax credit.

LKC offers a wide selection of decking material from Select Grade Pressure treated lumber to maintenance free Composites, Vinyl and Celluar from Trex, Azek and Timbertech. LKC uses only the best railing systems from Fairway Vinyl Systems.

Custom Screened Porches

Custom screened porches that aesthetically fit the rest of your homes exterior. LKC porches are not prefabricated kits but custom porch systems. We use screening and window systems by Screen Tight and Eze-Breeze.
